Fundamentalists have Evidence for Santa Claus!
Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Fundamentalists, by definition, are Christians who take all books in the Bible to be the infallible Word of God.
According to Paul (or whoever the real author of Hebrews is... we'll call him Paul for now),
faith is itself evidence. Paul says that there is evidence for the things we don't see and the evidence is faith
itself. He also says that the things we hope for have substance, and faith is that very substance.
Christian children are encouraged to believe in Santa Claus. They are taught that he comes to their house on Christmas Eve and leaves them presents. There is no question that these children have faith that Santa exists and that he will come to their house. They go to sleep hoping that he does. Does Santa really exist? If you believe that "faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen," then you have evidence that he does!!
